Company
Cliftronics was established in 1967 as a subsidary of the G.W.
Lisk Co. in the Village of Clifton Springs centrally located in
the Finger Lakes Region between Rochester and Syracuse in upstate
New York.
The focus product was a unique
rotary solenoid, developed to provide rotary motion without troublesome
axial shaft motion, inherent in most designs. In recent history,
the product line has been expanded to include low profile, high
force Clapper, Hinged Clapper and Holding Solenoids. As a natural
progression of innovative design, these solenoid products have
been adapted to robust high production Solenoid Valves and Stalled
Rotor designs for the diesel engine, truck, automotive, medical,
and computer industries.
Cliftronics strives to provide
progressive, innovative designs to meet increasingly demanding
application requirements. Cliftronics' commitment is to continuous
improvement of the design and manufacture of standard and special
solenoid products for both new and existing applications which
must conform to your stringent quality requirements.
