Clapper Solenoids Design Highlights

	Supplied with either a flat internal center pole for highest forces at shorter strokes or with a conical center pole for longer strokes.
	Push rod and mounting design permit custom modification allowing us to supply you with ready to install assemblies.
	Rugged housing and plunger are each one piece construction to meet your severe application requirements.

CLAPPER SOLENOID FEATURES:

1.	ARMATURE One piece zinc plated steel construction.
2.	PARALLEL WORKING AIR GAPS Highest forces available at short strokes.
3.	DOUBLE ENDED PUSH/PULL ROD Allows use as either a Push or Pull solenoid 300 Series SST, ground and passivated
4.	COIL SLEEVE Brass sleeve for improved coil heat dissipation and support
5.	COIL WINDING 180oC Magnet wire. 200^oCTeflon leadwire per UL-1180.
6.	MOUNTING STUDS Zinc plated carbon steel.
7.	GUIDE BEARING Oil impregnated sintered bronze.
8.	HOUSING Rugged one piece, Zinc plated steel construction.
