Rugged one piece, zinc plated steel construction.
2. MOUNTING STUDS
Zinc plated carbon steel.
3. COIL WINDING
180oC Magnet wire. 200oC Teflon leadwire per UL-1180.
4. STAINLESS STEEL HINGE
Retains armature.
5. ARMATURE
Case hardened in cam area.
6. THRUST BEARING
For efficient conversion of armature linear motion to shaft rotary motion.
7. ROLLER BEARING
Provides radial shaft support.
8. MATCHED CAM RACES
Case hardened for maximum torque.
9. OUTPUT SHAFT
Case hardened in bearing areas.
10. TORSION SPRING
Stainless spring steel adjustable
in retainer.
